Privacy policy

Last updated October 13, 2026.

This policy explains what Horizon Landscape and Design (“Horizon”, “we”) does with the information you send through www.horizonbuiltaz.com.

What we collect

When you request an estimate we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, project city or ZIP code, a description of the project and, if you choose, your budget range, timeline and photos of the yard. We also note which page of the site the request came from.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request: to call, text or email you about the estimate, arrange a visit, and prepare and follow up on a proposal. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.

Services that handle it for us

The website is hosted by Vercel, estimate requests are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and visits are measured with Google Analytics. They process the information only to provide those services to us. If you apply for financing, you apply directly with our financing partner, HFS Financial, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether an estimate request was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not receive the details you type into our forms. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This site does not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to respond, do the work and keep normal business records.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email admin@horizonbuiltaz.com or call (602) 380-7146.
